New England fall weather can sometimes vary, please make sure to bring something to be prepared for a cooler evening. Since the wedding is partly outside and on the lawn, please make sure your footwear is comfortable!

The Wedding Party
The Barn on Walnut Hill is located just twenty-five minutes northwest of Portland in the quiet town of North Yarmouth. This is where all wedding party members are staying.

For those that aren’t already on the east coast please fly into the Portland Airport (30 min from venue and 20 min from hotel) or Logan International Airport (about a 2 hour drive.) We ask guests that aren't a part of the wedding party to be there by Friday 9/26/25.

The Portland International Airport is located 25 minutes from our venue and about 15 minutes from Old Town Portland.

If it makes more sense for you to fly into Logan and rent a car and drive, Logan is about 2 hours from the venue, but has many more direct flight options, if that's your speed!
There will be a shuttle service provided for the day of the wedding, both to the venue and at the end of the night. Guests should plan to take an Uber or taxi to and from the airport to their lodging accommodations.

The pick up location for the shuttle day of will be at determined at a later date. Please check back for updates!
The shuttle is scheduled to leave at this time and not a minute later, so please plan ahead and be at the meeting spot 10-15 minutes before pick up time.

We’ll be serving up a delicious mix of dishes meant for sharing, so everyone can dig in and enjoy together. Think tasty appetizers, hearty mains, and sweet treats—there’s something for every palate! Please let us know about any food allergies or special dietary needs when you RSVP.

To RSVP, click the button in the top right corner of each page. We will be sending our invitations out about 2 months before the wedding, so stay tuned!

Please kindly RSVP by July 27, 2025 so we can finalize all the details for our special day!

We’ll miss you! No need to do anything—just refrain from submitting an RSVP. We'll be doing a final headcount on August 1, 2025 and anyone who hasn’t responded by then will not be included in the final count.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the cocktail hour under a tent. The reception, dinner, and dancing will take place inside the barn. So, you'll get a bit of both!

On the day of the wedding, a coach bus will shuttle guests from the hotel (or a designated meeting point) to the venue and back after the celebration. The exact pick-up location and times will be shared closer to the date, so be sure to check back for updates!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to enjoy a refreshment and get settled beforehand. We can't wait to see you!

Yes, this will be a child free celebration. While we adore the kids in our lives, we feel a wedding isn’t the best place for little ones. We appreciate your understanding!

While we are very hopeful that it will be a beautiful fall day, if there is rainy weather, we will have umbrellas for everyone. Our cocktail hour is tented and the reception will be held in the barn!

Absolutely! If you're driving, the venue offers ample on-site parking for all guests.

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos!

Yes! We’ll have a fully open bar featuring specialty cocktails, as well as a full mocktail menu for those who prefer non-alcoholic options. Cheers!

We want everyone to get home safely, so a shuttle service will be provided to take guests back to the hotel in Old Port. If you're staying at an Airbnb or another location, please contact us directly, and we’ll make sure there’s a plan to get you safely back to your accommodations.

We’ll begin our exit around 10:30 PM, with shuttles departing at 11:00 PM to take guests back to the hotel. For those who want to keep the party going, a separate shuttle will be available to take the wedding party and anyone interested to continue the festivities in downtown Portland!

No worries at all! If you would like to leave earlier than 10:30 and do not plan on driving to the venue, the bus will be available for guests to head back to their accommodations at an earlier time!
